What is included in the Free plan?

Free includes: dashboard overview, manual meal and workout logging, water and health tracking, body measurements and progress charts, workout and meal history, leaderboards, Community Wins, challenges, and account management. You also get 5 lifetime AI attempts to try any AI feature.

What happens after my 5 free AI attempts?

Once your 5 lifetime AI attempts are used, you can upgrade to Core or Pro to unlock unlimited AI features — including the AI Coach, AI Meal Developer, Fridge to Meal, Grocery Basket Builder, Restaurant Mode, AI Workout Planner, and more.

Is ArsolaAI available on iOS and Android?

ArsolaAI is currently preparing for launch, with iOS testing in progress and Android planned to follow.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from the App Store or Google Play settings. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

What's the difference between Core and Pro?

Core unlocks unlimited AI features — including the AI Coach, AI Meal Developer, Fridge to Meal, Restaurant Mode, Grocery Basket Builder, AI Workout Planner, AI Meal Adjuster, and Weekly Performance Report. How does the AI personalise my experience?

Every time you log a workout, meal, or health metric, the AI learns more about you. Your onboarding goals, dietary preferences, training habits, consistency data, and saved AI conversations all inform your coaching over time — not generic templates. The longer you use ArsolaAI, the more personalised your guidance becomes.

Does the AI Coach remember my progress?

Yes. The AI Coach builds a picture of you over time — informed by your onboarding answers, meals and workouts logged, health data, goals, and the history of your coaching conversations. This means your coaching becomes more relevant and personalised the more you use the app.

Is AI guidance medical advice?

No. ArsolaAI provides general fitness and nutrition guidance only. It is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, dietitian, physiotherapist, or any qualified medical professional. If you have a medical condition, injury, eating disorder, are pregnant, or have urgent health concerns, please speak to a qualified professional before changing your diet or exercise routine. Do not train through pain.

How accurate is the photo food logging?

Photo food logging uses AI to estimate calories and macros from images. These are estimates — accuracy may vary depending on portion size, lighting, and meal complexity. You can always adjust any AI estimate manually for precision.

Does Voice Logging work in noisy environments?

Voice logging works best in quieter environments. It uses AI transcription to parse natural-language commands for food, workouts, and hydration.

How is billing handled?

Billing is managed through the app store you subscribe through (App Store or Google Play). We never store your payment details directly. Monthly and yearly plans are available.

Can I switch from monthly to yearly?

Yes. You can upgrade to a yearly plan at any time from within your app store subscription settings.

Do you offer refunds?

Refund requests are handled by the app store provider (Apple or Google) directly, in line with their refund policy. We're unable to process refunds outside of this process.

Can I upgrade from Core to Pro?

Yes — you can upgrade to Pro at any time from within the app.

Is my health data secure?

Yes. We take data security seriously. All health and personal data is encrypted and stored securely. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes. You can request full account and data deletion from within the app at any time, or by contacting our support team at supportarsolaai@gmail.com.

Is my community data private?

Yes. ArsolaAI's Community Hub is designed with privacy as a priority. Community Wins, leaderboards, and challenges use emoji-only reactions — there are no open comments, no direct messaging, no follower system, and no public sharing of body stats or progress photos. Community features are designed to be motivating without exposing personal data.

Does ArsolaAI share data with Apple Health or wearables?

ArsolaAI supports integration with wearable devices and health platforms to provide a more complete picture of your health data.
