ArsolaAI is built on and operated through third-party infrastructure and platform providers. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data may be processed, stored, and handled by these providers as part of delivering the Service.

8.1 Base44 Platform Infrastructure

ArsolaAI uses Base44 infrastructure to operate the website and app, including hosting, authentication, database storage, backend functions, file storage, and related technical services.

The Service is built and hosted on the Base44 platform (base44.com). Base44 provides core infrastructure including:

  • application hosting and deployment;
  • database and entity record storage;
  • user authentication and session management;
  • file storage and CDN (content delivery network) for uploaded files;
  • backend function execution;
  • AI and integration tooling; and
  • related platform services.

Your account data, profile information, health and fitness records, and other entity-level data are stored within Base44-managed database infrastructure. Files you upload — including photos, progress images, voice recordings, and videos — are stored via Base44-managed file storage and may be served through Base44's CDN.

8.2 AI and Language Model Processing

Some features of ArsolaAI use third-party AI or transcription services through Base44 infrastructure. This may include AI-generated responses, analysis features, and speech-to-text processing.

Some AI features within the Service — including AI coaching, chat responses, meal recognition, progress insights, and recommendation generation — may be powered by large language models (LLMs) or other AI systems provided by third parties, which may include OpenAI or equivalent AI providers operating through Base44's infrastructure.

When you use these AI features, relevant inputs (such as your prompts, meal descriptions, workout data, or health context) may be submitted to these AI providers to generate a response.

Base44 acts as an intermediary layer for these integrations.

8.3 Audio Transcription Processing

Some features of ArsolaAI use third-party AI or transcription services through Base44 infrastructure. This may include speech-to-text processing of voice inputs you submit.

If you use voice logging or any audio input feature, your audio recordings may be processed by speech-to-text transcription services. These may include OpenAI Whisper or equivalent transcription technology, operating through Base44's integration infrastructure.

Audio is processed to convert speech into text. Raw audio is not intended to be permanently stored by ArsolaAI, but may be temporarily handled by transcription providers as part of processing.

The resulting text transcription may be saved as part of your account data if you choose to log or retain it.

8.4 File Storage and CDN Limitations

If you upload photos, videos, audio, or other files, those files may be stored through Base44-managed storage or CDN infrastructure rather than only within standard app or database records.

Files you upload to the Service — including meal photos, progress photos, videos, and audio files — are stored via Base44-managed cloud storage and served via CDN.

If you delete your account or request deletion of data, ArsolaAI may be able to remove app/database records, but uploaded files stored through Base44 storage or CDN systems may not be deleted immediately or automatically from all underlying storage layers.

ArsolaAI will make reasonable efforts to facilitate file deletion upon request, but cannot guarantee immediate or complete removal of all uploaded files from underlying storage infrastructure. If you have specific concerns about file deletion, contact us at supportarsolaai@gmail.com.

8.5 Other Service Providers and Infrastructure Providers

We may share information with other trusted vendors and service providers that help us operate the Service, such as providers of:

If you choose to connect Apple Health, Google Fit, Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop, Oura, or other supported integrations, we may receive information from, and where necessary send limited information to, those services to enable the integration.

  • comply with applicable law, regulation, court order, or lawful request;
  • enforce our agreements;
  • protect our rights, users, or the public;
  • investigate fraud, abuse, or security issues; or
